Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment date. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% of the massage fee will be charged. After this time, any cancellation or modification will result in a 100% charge. • A maximum delay of 15 minutes is tolerated. After this time, the session will begin, and the delay will be deducted from the total duration of the massage to allow for future appointments. • The masseur reserves the right to immediately interrupt the session in the event of inappropriate behavior on the part of the client, whether physical or verbal. In this case, the session fee remains due in full.
